Overview

• The Chief Sales & Marketing Officer will spearhead strategic business development, partnerships, and commercialization initiatives to position Quantum Valley as a premier innovation and exhibition hub (comparable to Silicon Valley). • The incumbent will drive revenue generation, industry collaboration, and sustainability, ensuring the ecosystem’s growth through robust sales and marketing strategies. • Responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing the sales team, and developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company goals. • Formulate and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy for Quantum Valley. • Drive revenue growth through government, industry, and international partnerships. • Promote Quantum Valley’s brand through exhibitions, conferences, and outreach programs. • Identify and pursue business opportunities in both public and private sectors. • Lead proposal development, project planning, and execution against defined milestones. • Ensure timely project delivery, quality compliance, and issue resolution. • Achieve annual revenue and partnership targets as defined by management. • Strengthen stakeholder relations and ensure client satisfaction. • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities. • Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Operations teams for market-aligned solutions. • Facilitate technology commercialization and business incubation initiatives. • Provide periodic performance and strategy updates to senior management. • Ensure all contracts and engagements comply with company and legal requirements. • Maintain accurate documentation of sales, partnerships, and marketing activities. Education • PhD or MS in IT/Engineering/Marketing/ Business Administration, Strategic Management, or Technology Management (candidates with strong exposure to ICT, innovation ecosystems or tech commercialization) Experience: • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in technology, innovation, or R&D sectors. • Proven track record in strategic partnerships, public-private collaborations, and large-scale project management. • Proficiency in Sales operations and Sales management skills • Experience in Sales strategies and Team management skills • Strong abilities in Training and Team development • Effective communication and leadership skills • Ability to work on-site in Rawalpindi • Previous experience in a senior sales position is a plus • Strategic vision with hands-on expertise in business development and innovation marketing. • Strong network across public sector, academia, and technology industry. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. • Demonstrated success in revenue generation, partnership building, and market expansion. • Experience in establishing or promoting innovation ecosystems, technology parks, or R&D hubs.
